As first point of contact, Michelle facilitates meetings and phone calls between Chana and her clients. She has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry and is a motivated problem solver with a strong desire to help others succeed with a true passion for customer service. Michelle received an Associate Degree in Business Management from McLennan Community College. In her free time, Michelle enjoys making crafts, baking and decorating cakes and spending time with friends and family.
